Welcome to Gove District's Hospital web site!
Gove District Hospital is a busy 30 bed general hospital
located in Nhulunbuy on the picturesque wilderness coastline of northeast
Arnhem Land. The hospital provides Medical, Surgical, Paediatric, Obstetric
and Accident and Emergency services to the mining town of Nhulunbuy and the
Aboriginal communities of northeast Arnhem Land.

The Gove Peninsula, situated at the far north
east end of Arnhem Land, is one of the last true
wildernesses with sandy beaches, great fishing
and diving and an abundance of flora and fauna.
